1. All cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment. 

2. We are not expected to remove any heavy furniture and expect the room to be cleaned as much as possible.

3. All payments for jobs must be paid in full when the job is completed.

4. Customers must make us aware of any cleaning solutions that they use on stains on there carpets so we can use the right cleaning chemistry to attempt removing the stain.

5. Some stains maybe impossible to removed and we aren’t responsible for these types of stains.
